Refund policy

If the evidence kit isn't useful to you, ask within 3 days of buying it and we'll refund the full price. No questions, no forms.

How to ask

Write to support@proptaxchecker.com with the email you used at checkout, or the property's PIN. We issue the refund through Stripe, usually the same or next business day; your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

After 3 days

Kits are digital and delivered immediately, so refunds after 3 days are at our discretion. If something in your kit is wrong because of our error (for example the wrong property), tell us any time and we'll fix it or refund it.

What a refund doesn't depend on

You don't have to show that you filed, lost an appeal or anything else. The outcome of an appeal is never a condition of the price or of a refund; we don't charge a share of savings.
